This self-watering planter uses a coffee filter wick to keep seedlings evenly damp while they root. Start herbs, vegetables or flower seeds indoors on a windowsill with less risk of over or under watering during germination.
The cone holder sits in a water reservoir base, and a coffee filter lining draws moisture up to the soil between waterings. The open base lets you check and top up the water at a glance. When the seedling is ready, move the whole cone to its next pot without disturbing the roots. Coffee filter not included.
