Made to order
Every item is made after you order it and dispatched in 1 to 9 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Where we ship, costs and delivery times
Delivery times count from dispatch. Prices are set in US dollars; checkout shows the exact amount in your currency. We do not ship to countries not listed here.

Orders to the United States
US orders ship with import duties and taxes paid (DDP). They are included in what you pay at checkout, and nothing more is charged on delivery. US customs rules changed in 2025, so deliveries can take a few days longer while parcels clear customs.
Other countries outside the EU
Your country's customs may charge import taxes or duties, paid to the carrier on delivery.
Wrong address
Contact us before your order ships and we will update it. Once it has shipped we cannot change it; contact the carrier to reroute it.
Missed delivery
The carrier leaves a notice so you can rebook delivery or collect the parcel.
Late or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the latest delivery estimate, contact us through our contact form or at hello@plastiwave.com. We will trace it with the carrier and, if it is lost, send a replacement or refund it.
