When Can I Expect My Order to Be Processed?
We're all set to process your orders from Monday to Friday. We're as excited as you are to get your order on its way!
How Long Before My Order Shows Up at My Doorstep?
Our usual method of shipping is through regular postal service. Depending on where you're located, the arrival time of your order can vary.
If you've chosen Standard shipping, here are the usual delivery timelines:
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- North America: 5–8 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–45 business days
Oops! What If I Accidentally Typed in the Wrong Shipping Address?
No worries, it happens to the best of us! Please reach out to us as soon as you can. Usually, we're able to update the address before your order hits the road. But if the item has already been shipped, unfortunately, we can't correct the address from our end. You'll need to get in touch with the shipping provider to see if the shipment can be rerouted.
What If I'm Not Home When My Order Is Being Delivered?
If you happen to miss the first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you. This way, you can contact them to reschedule the delivery or arrange to pick up your order from your local post office. The redelivery can be made to your preferred shipping address or even at the carrier's office.
What Should I Do If My Order Doesn't Show Up?
