Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, contact us through our contact form. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without requesting a return first — unrequested returns won't be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away through our contact form with a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out — whether that's a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned, as these are made specifically for you. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item you have, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us through our contact form.
