Refund policy

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us through the contact form or at hello@plastiwave.com and we will send the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return. Return shipping is paid by you.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

Items that cannot be returned

Items made to your request, such as a custom color, size or modification, and gift cards. Standard catalog items can be returned even though they are made to order.

Exchanges

We do not swap items directly. Return the item, then place a new order.

Refunds

We check returns when they arrive and email you the result. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few more days. If 15 business days pass after approval without the refund, contact us.
