Each product is designed for the models named in its title and in its Fits line. If yours is not listed, send us the model number before ordering and we will confirm.
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order and dispatched in 1 to 9 business days, Monday to Friday. Priority orders are made and dispatched first, so they ship sooner.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days within Poland, 7 to 21 across Europe and 9 to 45 everywhere else. Priority is faster: 1 to 2 business days within Poland, 3 to 10 to most of Europe and 5 to 20 everywhere else. All times count from dispatch and are estimates. I'm ordering from the United States. Anything to know?
US customs rules changed, so US deliveries can take longer. Import duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout, so nothing more is charged on delivery.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Details are in the return policy.
What are the products made of?
PLA or PETG, chosen for each part's use. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth; they are not dishwasher safe. Colors can vary slightly between material batches.
Can I get a different color or a small change?
Often, yes. Contact us first. Items changed to your request cannot be returned.
Are you connected to the brands you make accessories for?
No. Plastiwave is independent; brand names only show compatibility.
