A tri-spoke center seats over the grinder catch cup post and aligns the funnel, while the flared mouth keeps beans clear of the central recess where they tend to stick. The taper guides each bean toward the burrs for a cleaner, faster pour and a steadier hand-grinding routine. Sits over the catch cup and lifts off for refilling between batches. Hand wash only.
