A cutter sleeve that slides over a gift wrap roll and slices a clean straight line as you pull. It replaces the back-and-forth of cutting paper freehand on a table and speeds up holiday and birthday wrapping.
The ring wraps around the tube, and a built-in slot holds a number 11 razor blade. Guide the cutter along the roll for a neat edge without scissors or tearing. The 7 cm inner diameter is sized to fit warehouse-club wrap rolls such as those from BJ's. The blade is not included, so add a standard number 11 hobby blade to get started.
