This tilting base holds a Eureka Mignon Specialita grinder at a fixed 15 degree angle to lower grounds retention. More freshly ground coffee drops out of the chute on each dose, so less stays trapped inside between single dose sessions.
A fitted catch tray sits beneath the chute to keep stray grounds contained while you weigh and brew. It suits single dosing routines where you feed the grinder one shot of beans at a time, and the base lifts away from the grinder for cleaning.
