This light switch guard frames a wall toggle and protects it from accidental switch-offs. A passing hand, elbow, or vacuum handle cannot knock the switch, but you can still reach the lever when you want to flip it on purpose.
It mounts under the existing wall plate screws and surrounds the toggle with raised walls. It keeps the wall switch powered for lights run through smart bulbs or home automation hubs, so app control and voice routines for Alexa and Google Home keep working. Use it in a hallway, stairwell, or rental, and remove it with a screwdriver later.
