This grind adjustment knob fits over the original knob on a Eureka Mignon coffee grinder for a larger grip and finer control. The wider dial and tick marks make small grind changes easier to feel and repeat.
It seats over the factory knob without tools and turns within the grinder's existing adjustment range, so nothing about the grind mechanism changes. The bigger surface is easier to grasp and read at a glance, which takes some of the guesswork out of dialing in espresso from one shot to the next.
