Clip on tape cutter for packing and masking tape that slides onto the edge of a tape roll and cuts each strip with a serrated edge. Pull the tape across the toothed blade to tear a straight strip without scissors or a dispenser, keeping the loose end findable on the roll. It suits paper based packing tape, masking tape, and other paper tapes used for parcels, moving boxes, crafts, painting prep, and office work. The cutter stays attached to the roll so it travels with the tape from desk to workbench. Note that the fit loosens as a roll runs low and the diameter shrinks.
