This bumper extension raises the front bumper of a Roomba robot vacuum so it stops wedging under low couches, beds and cabinets. It adds about 1.5 inches of height on top of the bumper.
The strip attaches to the existing flat-top bumper with super glue or hot glue. A cutout window keeps the infrared sensor clear, so the robot can still find its base and dock. It is a simple fix for a vacuum that keeps getting stuck on low furniture during a cleaning run.
